SEPTEMBER

Keep in mind when we offer you a Weather Report, we give you an overview of the tendencies that are taking place energetically. That is so that you can take advantage of what is taking place, to become a more proactive part of the Divine Plan. You all have the chance to become soul initiates as you become conscious of this unfolding energetic movement on your planet.

These last four months will be a time of re-structuring. September will be a time of break down, with the seventh chakra moving into the first chakra (Divine Will moving down into the physical structure and world of form). It is governed by the seventh ray of consciousness, the Ray of Ceremonial Order of Magic, the Ray of the White Magician in Soul Consciousness. This energy is coming in to break down that which no longer serves, so that you can re-structure it into that which serves the highest good of all.

There have been many attempts in your world to re-structure, such as the health plan introduced by President Obama, as well as other attempts in Iraq and other places as well. You have seen these shifts beginning to break down in your economic system, which is not set up for the good of the whole. As these energies move into the first chakra, it will bring up the shadow consciousness to complete this year of the rising shadow.

The general mode of holding your thought forms in illusion in the astral world, which has held the collective thought forms that have governed humanity and its primary form, is breaking down. A large phase of that duality, fear and separation will begin to be challenged in great ways.

This also involves transforming the first gateway of the heart (there are seven gateways)...the first of which transforms the experience of duality and resistance, as well as the way you have made choices through judgment, right/wrong, good/bad...which has ultimately robbed you of your individual choices...

You will see many forms breaking down and many people will be disillusioned. There may be a general upset and disquiet, because people will feel that they no longer know what they can count on for consistency in their lives.

There will be upheavals in the governments. Obama will have much more on his plate as he begins to realize the corruption of the old forms more fully. This is what he is already facing with the health field. People are accusing him of many things, such as creating a socialized medicine. This is mainly because the powers that have run the show do not want change. They want to remain in control of the collective consciousness.

As these changes take place, you will be looking at the structures of your lives and how you have manifested and created them. You will find much disquiet there as well, re-evaluating. There may be many conflicts with others as you begin to challenge the status quo, as this brings up insecurity in many people.

In September, this may become an extreme. You will see where you have been lied to, where there is corruption in many of the larger structures. You will also see this in your personal relationships. Don't be surprised if there is an increase in the divorce rates. This is a part of the re-formulation of how things have been structured from a survival approach of attachments, not true connections.

As the energy moves into the first chakra, it will bring up an upheaval to the old forms. The seventh ray is created to influence the reality of form. This is preparing for the soul influence. The best way to see what will work is to make sure that your intentions are to serve the good of the whole. If it does NOT serve the good of the whole, it will be challenged energetically.

You have been trapped in the physical as the "source" of your well-being. This will be challenged, feeling that things are being pulled away. You may have to deal with your fear of loss and deprivation.

But understand that the deeper truth is that the limited old form MUST break down to wake you up and to then go through transmutation and transformation, into new forms that are MUCH more fulfilling and balanced.

What you can expect in the body is a lot of movement in the lower body, particularly in the legs. You could have stiffness in the legs, pain in the ankles and feet, swelling and that kind of thing. You will also have movements in the lower torso (sexual area, as well as the elimination organs). You will be releasing more fully.

You could also have diarrhea, or a sense of constipation, which is a fear of letting go of control (letting go of what no longer serves). Certain defense types will have more of a challenge.

There could be sexual dysfunction taking place during this time, with a loss of sexual desire or an influx of much more sexual desire.

The movement in September will be a move from duality and judgment into discernment and conscience. You may find more guilt coming up when you act out in selfish motives or seek to hurt or diminish, as well as where you pull for validation. Your conscience will speak up more fully from the inside.

You will begin to know the difference between the one "right" choice of judgment, versus the many choices of evaluation and discernment about what serves YOU at a particular stage.

The first three weeks will be the break down and the last week will be a desire to re-structure, evaluating many new choices based on the development of your conscience. You will begin to desire to take more response-ability for your choices and manifestations. You will see the conflict of selfish choices more readily, where you do not use your conscience that considers the good of the whole. This will also involve the energies of nature, as your planet is going through the same process of assimilation that you are going through as individuals.

There will also be pressure in the head, with dizziness and pressure headaches.

OCTOBER

There will be a feeling of emptiness and transition in this month. The sixth chakra energy will be connecting down into the second chakra. This will create an inner awareness of the soul plan.

There will be a transition from attachments to the outer world as the source, to an inner sense of real connection, as the second gateway of the heart opens more fully. The second ray of consciousness will come in more fully at this time. This is the ray of LOVE/WISDOM, the experiential ray of the soul.

There will be more shift of outer to inner, back to outer focus. This will start with a sense of emptiness, as you transition and purify the emotional body. This release of attachments will be more breakdown of emotional attachment to the way you have valued things and outer situations. You may feel as if you don't value at first, even though this is merely a re-structuring of your understanding of true value.

People's feelings of abundance and deprivation will be tested. As you disconnect from the idea of money to create your feeling satisfaction It is merely pieces of paper that you have given much power. It has been used to enslave the population of the world for a very long time. The world management team has kept you in a desire for more and more...

Now that people have gotten into such debt out of the fear and yearning, you will begin to shift your priority to the inner reality. The breakdown at first may be unsettling.
This will bring you into an awareness of more corruption in your world. However, it begins a transition that begins to empty out what no longer works. This is to prepare for the re-structuring. So do your best to let go of old feelings that no longer serve.

The feminine energy of attraction will be influenced this month, beginning to accept the soul plan that truly serves the fulfillment of your authentic selves. There will be much purification of old feelings during this month, bringing you into a greater preparation for the soul. Inner focus. Authentic connections. Greater intuition.

There will be more re-evaluation in this time, which will prepare you for the transfiguration in coming months. Use this time to prepare, by letting go of emotional attachments. It will affect collective relationships on the bigger world stage as well.

The relationships of the US to some other countries will break down, based on old choices. There will be new relationships, which will create pay-offs. However, people will find themselves in upheaval as change takes place.

Some companies will seek to re-structure into healthier practices. Some of these you can trust to be authentic, healthy shifts. As the soul begins to transform the emotional body in the second chakra (naval region of the body), it will begin an amalgamation or joining, which will continue into November. The emotional and mental will begin to join as one energy (love/wisdom). Intuition and knowing.

There will be disruptions in the digestive tract, as well as the lower and middle back. You may have nausea as the energies raise. The body temperature may fluctuate as you get used to the new energies. There will be pressure in the belly and solar plexus. Aches and pains in the hips could take place. Make sure you work on relaxing the lower diaphragms (the sphincter muscle and solar plexus). Some rushes of energy in the body may take place, as well as possible anxiety. These are just sensations that come from the movements of new energies.

Emotionally you may feel very confused about where you belong and what matters, as things begin to transform. You will find less instantaneous gratification in the old symbols, which will create emptiness at first.

NOVEMBER

This month moves you into the fifth chakra joining the third chakra, bringing the higher will and creative expression into the energies of identity and personal power. This will be a month of transfiguration and transition. This will be influenced by the male energy, as you begin to transform and surrender the desire elemental of the lower will. There will be a restructuring of the illusions of the lower thought forms.

You will move more and more into the astral realm, collectively opening the astral realm. This is the fourth dimension that has held the energy grids of your physical world and reality in place. In other words, you will begin to penetrate the ESSENCE of your experience in the physical world.

You will begin to shift what the focus of your experience has been in the physical, the way you have perceived your lives and world.

You will move into the third gateway of the heart, the active intelligence and will/passion for life. You will move through the transition of willfulness into a direction of your will for the good of the whole.

The mental body is learning to assimilate the higher will of the soul, as well as the creative expression of the essence of who you are authentically. This will bring you into more truth of your being, as well as prepare you for taking your place in the Divine soul plan, serving the good of the whole.

The transfiguration initiation will begin to assimilate the active intelligence of the soul and higher will more fully. This will create a break down of the lower will and ego. You may experience much activity in your dreams. You may move into more conscious awareness in your dream state.

Some people will create a much more direct connection into the astral realm consciously. You may become aware of your astral body. Some may even begin to astral travel during this time. Breathe a great deal during this time.

As you penetrate these energies of the soul, you are working through the energies of the subconscious mind. Continue to get the help you need to work through the wounding that has been held in this part of your nervous system.

You will begin to transfigure your relationship to life beyond the desire for things into the fulfillment of the soul's guidance. You will discover what is of true value in deeper ways. The three lower chakras (physical, emotional and mental) will surrender more fully to the higher energies of the soul.

People will become more disillusioned if they are not conscious. They will become more desperate for more things, afraid to be alone with the inner self. They will hate the emptiness that comes up. Letting go of attachments when there is no conscious understanding is a fearful experience for the ego defense.

The body will go through burning, a lot of acidity in the body. Be careful with your diet. Eat in an alkaline way. There could be exhaustion in these months as well. There is so much going on in the body to assimilate. The adrenal glands will be overtaxed in many people. There may be anxiety and panic if you do not feel safe to let go or understand what is taking place.

As you make these transitions, you may also have great revelations and move into great clarity and inspirations with little effort. You may experience a culmination of the emotional and mental bodies coming together, moving into the direct experience of intuition and knowing. It will come in glimpses to begin.

The general world will go through a breakdown of collective ways of thinking that have held many of your systems and beliefs in place. There may be a great deal of desperation where there is a lack of understanding. There may be more depression and suicide and other dis-eases. There may be more deaths during this time, as people do not know how to shift into a higher experience and feel safe to remain here in the physical.
If you have been doing your inner work, you will find more balance and more soul awareness. This can be a time of great benefit, if you use the shifts consciously.
There will be many shifts in the physical forms of your lives, as well as in the attractions you have known. Anything that opposes what you are moving towards in your lives will be coming up for you to respond and resolve those wounded feelings and thought forms.

DECEMBER

You will find this month to be a time of putting choices into action, prepared in November's illumination of the higher mental body and intuition. This final month will be a move into the fourth chakra, the heart space. This will begin to influence the lower three chakras. This will be more shifting of form, emotion and mental thought forms. This month will be a primary focus on choices and decisions.

You have been transforming old forms, preparing for the choices of this month in the prior three months. Now you are ready for new choices. This will be the time when you use the experience of the fourth heart gateway, the energy of forgiveness and acceptance. This will create a balance of giving and receiving in your lives, through the equanimity of the heart. You will move through the energies of harmony that comes from resolving conflict. The heart is the center of creative consciousness. There will be a balance of all the energies you have been working to assimilate in prior months.
Your decisions will need to be through a new level of heart, acceptance and forgiveness...allowing the soul to more fully guide your lives. The higher good of the whole will become the directive of those who are doing inner work and personal healing.
You will begin to perceive the whole, all the kingdoms of your world, and how they are all to be considered in your choices. There will be a time of ending old patterns of karma, that have been carried through many lifetimes. As you move into the ability to forgive, you will neutralize many old relationships.

You will prepare for many new things. Old relationships may end at this time. You will begin to re-evaluate relationships and how they serve your soul plans and your place in the Divine Plan more fully. You will be attracted to creative projects from these perspectives more fully.

You will begin to value Self much more fully, making choices more fully from that inner value. You will learn how to recognize your truth, by filtering it through the heart more fully. You will begin to fulfill more of your true needs at this time. You will also begin to understand the value of others more fully, as well as their needs.

You may become attracted to people who are on a similar level of soul development and resonance. You will begin to come together as collective groups who work to creatively inspire and manifest. You may be attracted to more soul connections at this time. People will find more soul mates and create deeper connections.

There will be new decisions. At first this may not be very dramatic. However, you will learn how to move into the deeper choices as you grow.

The world at large will be making choices from trying harder and harder to hold onto old forms that don't serve. There will be more reactions as the fear and challenges create inner pressure. There will be more disquiet in world forums.

Some new leaders will try to act from deeper truths, even in your governments and environmental structures and world structures. The world will move more and more toward a social ideal over time. This will begin to reveal itself through choices that are introduced, some of which will want to squash and continue to control the masses.

Physical symptoms in this month will be heart and throat activity, as well as continued pressure in the head and digestive areas. The heart challenges for those who are not doing the work will create more challenging manifestations.

These energies are powerful. They will create movements and shifts, whether you are conscious and working with the energies or not. Some will experience pains in the heart, where there is no real problem, but the heart is learning to expand into these new energies and prepare for the soul.

There may be a heightened sense of your five physical symptoms. You may find a desire to shift your diet as well. Sometimes it will be temporary, while other times it will be a new need of the physical body. Dreams will continue to be active, as well as periods where you need much more sleep.

As you can see, this is a powerful year and four months of energetic movement. It is important that you all become more educated about what is taking place and how to work with these energies. Work consciously and encourage others to begin to consider new perspectives that will indeed enhance their lives.

We suggest that you all begin to create a conscious vision for your life, which also allows you to serve the good of the whole. Honor your truth. Focus on valuing.
These are some of the things that you expect in the last four months of 2009.
